Everyone who wants to be busy is busy. But not everyone is productive. Busy is simply a series of choices about how to spend the next minute. Productive requires skill, persistence and good judgment. Productive means that you have created something of value. Perhaps your self-created busy-ness is causing you to be less productive.

REFLECTION:
How busy are you?
How productive are you?
Examine your busyness. How can you be more productive?
Conflict is inevitable in relationships – especially with those closest to us. Often there is some ‘story’ or conclusion reached that the other is not even aware of.
To improve your relationships try this…
The story that I am making up in my head is_______. And, when I believe that thought, I feel ______.
Example: When you stay in your office until 7:30, the story I make up in my head is you don’t want to be with me. And when I believe that thought, I feel like I don’t matter to you. I feel unloved and then I withdraw to myself creating another brick in the wall.
