WHICH SELF?

“BE YOURSELF”

Really?

Which Self?

The self you were when you were two years old, almost out of diapers?  The self you were when you were screaming with the fans at the big game? The self you were after a long night?  How about this:  Become the self you’d be proud to be.  Hang out with people and ideas that help you become that self.  Act like that self every chance you get.

REFLECTION:

  • Are you proud of the “self” you are?
  • Do you surround yourself with people that help and support you to be the best version of yourself?  Examine… if yes, great… if no, do you need to get a new tribe?
  • How can you be more of the person you would be proud to be?

WHAT SURROUNDS YOU?

Sunbathing turtles!

What are you surrounded by?

Are the words you hear,

the things you see,

the people you continually encounter,

good for your body, mind and soul?

Lack of peace is born in your

surroundings.

Peace is also born in your

surroundings.

Live surrounded by peace.

REFLECTION:

  • Look at your surrounds.  Are you surrounded by peace?
  • What do you see, hear, encounter?  Are they good for your mind, body and soul?
  • How can you surround yourself with more peace?

YOUR DEFAULT SETTING?

Is your default setting to defend your limitations or expand your possibilities?
