REFLECTION:
Examine a recent conversation. Did you throw shade or light?
Is there a difficult conversation you need to have?
How can you start it so it results in encouragement and opening to more dialogue and connection.

How are you spending your time?
Do you allow others to “spend your time?”
What is one thing you will do today with the coin of your life?
