TWO DAYS

There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done.  One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow.  Today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live.

Quote by Dalai Lama XIV

REFLECTION:

  • How much time do you spend on yesterday and tomorrow?
  • Do you live for TODAY?
  • How can you love, believe, do and live more today?

THE START

The start is what stops most people.

Quote by Don Shula

Donald Francis Shula was an American football defensive back and coach who served as a head coach in the National Football League from 1963 to 1995. The head coach of the Miami Dolphins for most of his career, Shula is the NFL’s winningest head coach at 347 career victories and 328 regular season victories.

REFLECTION:

  • What stops you from starting?
  • How can you overcome your resistance to start?
  • Get going!

THE PRESENT

If you are depressed, you are living in the past.  If you are anxious, you are living in the future.  If you are at peace, you are living in the present.

Quote by Lao Tzu

Lao Tzu, also known as Laozi and Lao-Tze, was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer. He is the reputed author of the Tao Te Ching, the founder of philosophical Taoism, and a deity in religious Taoism and traditional Chinese religions.  (source: Wikipedia)

REFLECTION:
