TRUST

A bird sitting on on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because its trust is not on the branch but on its own wings.Quote by Charlie Wardle - Charlie is a Mountain Coach.  He combines outdoor adventures and challenges with personal coaching and a range of health and wellbeing books, programs, talks and seminars.  To learn more about Charlie visit:  https://www.instagram.com/themountaincoach/?hl=enREFLECTION:How much trust do you have in yourself? Are there wings you need to strengthen to ensure you can fly if a branch breaks? How will you do that?

JUST BE YOU!

Being who we are doesn't let others down.  True compassion begins with the consideration of others, but the displeasure of others is no reason to muffle your love.  You do not have to do anything to be loved, and being who you are does not let others down.  Simply be who you are and love what is before you. Mark Nepo from:  BOOK OF AWAKENING  Having the Life You Want by Being Present to the Life You Have REFLECTION: What summersaults do you go through to have others love you? Do you fear letting others down? How can you  "just be you?"  What does that look like? Can you withstand the fear of not being loved?  How can you love and embrace what is before you?
